Shipping Policy

How long it takes

Every order is produced before it ships, so there are two stages to the timeline:

1. Production — usually 2 to 5 business days. This is your item being printed and quality-checked. Apparel typically sits at the shorter end of that range. Busy periods around launches and holidays can push it out.

2. Shipping — depends on where you are and the method chosen at checkout. Exact costs and estimated delivery windows are calculated at checkout once you enter your address.

Both stages count in business days, so weekends and holidays don't move the clock.

Where it ships from

Orders are produced and dispatched from the fulfilment centre closest to your delivery address, so most orders ship domestically rather than crossing a border.

Tracking

You'll get a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with a tracking number the day your parcel leaves production. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to start showing movement — that's normal and doesn't mean anything's wrong.

If tracking hasn't updated for more than seven days, get in touch and we'll chase it.

Customs and import charges

For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees are set by your country and are your responsibility as the recipient. These aren't included in what you pay at checkout, and we have no way to calculate or control them in advance.

Delays

Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, severe weather, customs inspections and peak-season backlogs are outside our control and aren't grounds for a refund on their own.

That said, if something has clearly gone wrong — a parcel that stops moving, or one that's marked delivered and isn't there — tell us. Lost orders are covered under our Refund Policy.

Wrong or incomplete addresses

Please double-check your address at checkout. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or left unclaimed at a collection point, can be reshipped at your cost.
